First Class European Bank provides yacht finance for yachts over 45M. 

Every financing is on a case-by-case basis but as a general rule, assuming a transaction for a top quality asset, the bank normally look at financing up to 70% of the open market value of the yacht. 
The  loan repayments are typically spread over a 5-7yr tenor with loan and interest repayments being made every 3 months. 
As to interest rate much depends on the owner/client profile and the collateral that is posted with the bank (which includes the yacht quality and build). Generally financing rates offered by banks for this kind of finance can vary between  3-4% pa above EURIBOR. Rate can be fixed or floating subject to the customer’s preference. 
As to what kind of information the bank would need relating to the buyer, it depends on the nature of their business as well as their individual profile, but generally the Bank would like to understand the exact business interests and financial ressources of the owner . 
An important pre-requisite to the financing, however is that the owner agrees to start a true Wealth Management relationship, and place significant assets under management with this first class European private bank. 
These amounts can vary and are not pledged or blocked, but they are important in showing a commitment to entering into a wider relation with the bank.
