  • NOT GUILTY 3, is a unique 28.50-metre Posillipo yacht designed by Giovanni Arrabito / Arrabito Naval Architects and delivered in 1999.
    Originally commissioned for private use, she was finished in grey to resemble a naval vessel and offer greater privacy. Her new owner has preserved this distinctive colour and completed a refit in 2025.
    Her sophisticated minimalist interior combines warm wood, neutral furnishings and large windows that bring natural light and sea views into the main salon, particularly impressive for a yacht of this generation. Large, nearly floor-to-ceiling windows run along both sides, bringing abundant natural light into the space and maintaining a strong visual connection with the sea.
    Outdoor spaces include a generous aft deck, a spacious sun deck with sunbathing area and bar and a large forward sunpad.
    She accommodates up to 10 guests in four en-suite cabins: one Master suite, one VIP suite, one triple cabin with Pullman berth and one twin cabin with Pullman berth.
